Just as the fascia adhered itself before, it can and will again, so maintenance is important! Fascia becomes distorted and adhered due to a multitude of factors such as alignment, diet, stress, overuse, injuries etc. In a perfect world, once you release the fascia it would stay released forever. Use the FasciaBlaster® as needed to maintain healthy fascia and prevent the fascia from recoiling due to changing factors. Click here to learn more about fascia.

As fascial adhesions release, blood flow will be re-established, causing the appearance of bruises. The bruising is actually a sign of the healing process, like “cupping”. You are bringing blood to the surface and allowing the body to naturally restore itself by blood flushing to the area to move out toxins and fat and deliver vital nutrients. You have total control over how hard to use the FasciaBlaster®, and you should start off FasciaBlasting with light pressure. Click here to learn more about bruising.
