Welcome to the Official Heart Butt Challenge!

Let the butt shaping begin!

 

If you have not read the Heart Butt blog please do so, as we will be referencing it throughout the next 7 weeks.

Here are the steps to follow for the 60-day #HeartButtChallenge:

#1. Fascia Release: Use the FasciaBlaster® to release the fascia that is binding fat into strange shapes and fat pockets.

#2. Build-A-Butt: Shape and fill out the glutes using targeted exercises (3-5x a week).

#3. Follow Up: Everything else you need to know from hydration and nutrition to spray tans and not wearing clothing that’s too tight.

Rules for the Official #HeartButtChallenge:

  1. Contestants were asked to POST their “before” video in the FasciaBlasters group with the #HeartButtChallenge hashtag to show their starting point and explain their goals.
  2. On Saturday, July 1, contestants will post their 30-day check-in video showing their progress and talking about what they’ve been doing to get dat booty poppin.
  3. On Tuesday, August 1, contestants will post their final 60-day #HeartButtChallenge video, and we will select ONE lucky winner who has the most dramatic improvement and changes in shape, size, and texture to be featured on my Heart Butt Blog, our social media pages,  AND receive:

✓ $1,000 CA$H

✓ A “live like Ashley” gift bag
